To establish plans as well as to carry out and present studies to make Lleida well known as an ideal and profitable investment destination, in order to identify potential investors who may consider Lleida as the most suitable location option.
To promote the presence of multinational and global companies within the demarcation of Lleida, and appeal investments which generate products and services with high value, as well as the internationalization of companies from Lleida.
To plan actions that facilitate the attraction of researchers and managers towards the demarcation of Lleida, promoting its deployment and cooperation.
